Dust if You Must & Housework Sucks ***Giveaway***

Hello to all of you out there in blogland.  We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and see us.

Today kicks off number one and number two of our current round of New Release Giveaways where you have a chance of winning one of the new sets that are part of Leesa's Cleaning Day!

Today, Dust if You Must and Housework Sucks are in the spotlight and of course, I have some wonderful cards to share with you all as inspiration.

First up is this cute and creepy creation from Monique using the Dust if You Must set...

Check out all that cool webbing that Monique has added to her card.  Mind you if I had that much webbing and all those spiders hanging about, I'd definitely have to give in and get some dusting done!

Next up is a lovely creation from Linda A. using the Housework Sucks set...

The great thing with these sets is that they don't JUST have to be about housework!  With a little creativity you can congratulate someone, just as Linda has done with her wonderful card.  I really like the monochromatic look that Linda has chosen for this particular card as well as the nice frame behind the image.

Do YOU know anyone who'd rather be in their craftroom than dealing with the chores of dusting and vacuuming?  Or someone who has had a success that should be celebrated?  A card made with items from either of these sets would be a great way to put a smile on someone's face.

Giveaway Time!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Would you like to win either the set, Dust if You Must, or Housework Sucks as shown below?  To be eligible, simply leave a comment with the answer to this question...

What household chore do you hate the most?

Hmm...Personally, are there any that I do like?  I guess if I had to pick the worst one it would be dusting.  First up, we have trinkets galore so I have to move what feels like a thousand things every time I clean.  Additionally, there is so much dust in the area that I live in (mining country) that no matter how often I dust, it never looks like clean.  Very frustrating!

You have until 6:00 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, Sept. 25th, to get your answers submitted.  One person will win the Dust if You Must set, and one person will win the Housework Sucks set.

We will announce the winners of these sets on Saturday, Sept. 26th!

You can check out more of Monique's work here on the Imagine That blog (as she doesn't currently have her own blog) and you can see more of Linda's work by clicking on the link below her card.

Until next time,

These are both great cards!!! Love those spiders especially in hot pink if I actually saw one like that I think I would pass out. Great papers and layout which is a sweeping success. I'm actually trying to get some cleaning done in my basement, but you can see where I am....checking on my emails, blogs, etc.

These 2 cards are fantastic, especially love the first with all the cobwebs. The chore i hate the mostest and dread all the time is IRONING i hate it with a passion,it will sit there weeks on end, hoping that someone else would jump up and do it,but no,so its ironing for me

I like both cards but the card from Monique a little bit more.

I don't like cleaning the windows because of my health problems that is an issue for me.
But it must be done.😇

The Household chore that i dislike the most is Putting up Laundry. I don't mind doing the laundry, Folding the laundry but hate putting it up. It seems like a waste of time when you can just pull it out of the basket. lol! This was fun! Thanks for the chance on winning!

OMGoodness, these are so cute! Monique's is kind of creepy with those crawlies - I love it! Linda's is sweet and adorable! The household chore I hate the most would be dusting! I feel good when it's done, but the next day it's dusty again. Very frustrating!

Fabulous creations! I hate dusting; because it comes back within an hour. LOL! It seems like such a waste of time. The other one I hate is folding towels, washcloths, etc. Why not leave them in the basket and they will get used regularly; therefore no folding. LOL! That is a really bad habit of mine. I would have to choose the Housework Sucks; because I don't like spiders. Thanks for the chance to win. Hugs. Gloria

I am not a fan of house hold chores at all, I despise doing dishes and floors. I don't mind laundry all that much. But I'm happiest at my desk getting lost in my projects.

Linda and Monique, what fun cards. I just love stamp sets that are "punny." Both sets are lots of fun. My worst chore is cleaning the top of my gas stove. My husband rarely wipes up spills when he cooks so it's usually a mess and hard to clean. We have a wood burning stove so the dust flies all the time at our house so I don;t dust very often. Thanks for the inspiration and the fun post!

Both cards are adorable. I really can't say that I "like" any household chore but the one I dislike most of all is DUSTING. I would not have a problem paying someone to do my dusting. Sarah W

Loving these cards - especially the sentiment on the first one. I absolutely hate housework and I'll be in the craft room instead of doing it! The chore I absolutely hate is cleaning the toilet!

I hate dusting. It burns my skin so bad if it touches me. These are both great sets. I love the DT's cards. Edwina Brown

Lovely cards. I have problems doing housework because of my health problems. I guess dusting is one of the worse.

The new stamp sets create such fun creations. These cute images just may do the trick to help me enjoy cleaning! Well..Maybe not actually cleaning but creating and coloring up some fun :) Dusting has never been a household favorite of mine!
